Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, sprayers, spreaders, and other equipment to apply fertilizer products.
- Ensure accurate application rates and proper coverage of fertilizer products.
- Calibrate equipment routinely to maintain precision and efficiency.
- Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections on application equipment.
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring all components function properly.
- Assist in minor equipment repairs and report major issues to supervisor.
- Assist with mixing and loading chemicals, while following safety protocols.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate application logs, including product usage, weather conditions, and field data.
What Makes You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and weekends through busy seasons.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to obtain a Class A CDL (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to obtain a Pesticide Applicator's license (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to obtain appropriate endorsements.
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
