Career Responsibilities:
- Oversees and directs daily operations, the entire feed manufacturing process, and the delivery process.
- Ensures quality products are produced in a timely manner.
- Communicates expectations, provides leadership and clear instructions, and coordinates the entire production and delivery cycle.
- Schedules and oversees equipment and delivery fleet maintenance.
- Establishes and maintains an effective inventory control system.
- Performs maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed.
- Communicates and works with sales and accounting teams to complete the ordering and billing process.
- Supervises, trains, and leads the feed mill operations team.
- Completes and maintains all records for production and transportation.
Are You Qualified?
- Previous experience with any of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field, OR 3-5 years of feed mill operations experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
