Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, or related industries.
Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a B2C environment, with all customer interactions conducted over the phone.
At least 5 years of experience working in a high-paced, call center-like environment, handling direct sales to consumers.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience leading onboarding and training programs for new hires in technical product environments, preparing them to handle high-paced customer interactions.
Demonstrated ability to follow up with leads effectively, ensuring timely and consistent communication to convert prospects into customers.
Experience in customer success management, focusing on proactive customer engagement, retention strategies, and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with the product.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Experience in agricultural equipment sales, irrigation systems, water pump sales, or home improvement retail.
