Desirable Qualifications
- Understanding of and/or experience with issues impacting low-wage immigrant workers such as farmworkers, and the agricultural community
- Legal research, writing, analysis and advocacy skills
- Labor law experience
- Familiarity with the Agricultural Labor Relations Act
- Hearing and/or trial experience
- Litigation experience
- Experience working with outside counsel
- Knowledge of rules of evidence, administrative hearings and state and federal civil procedure
- Knowledge of and familiarity with government policies and procedures
