To be eligible for hire for the Field Examiner II classification, you must meet the minimum qualifications for both the Associate Governmental Program Analyst and Field Examiner II classifications and be reachable on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst certification list.
The Staff Services Analyst certification list is being used as an appropriate list to hire for this vacancy. To be eligible for hire for the Field Examiner I classification you must meet the minimum qualifications for both the Staff Services Analyst and Field Examiner I classifications and be reachable on the Staff Services Analyst certification list.
This position is 12-month Limited Term, but may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.

Desirable Qualifications
- Understanding of and/or experience with issues impacting low-wage immigrant workers such as farmworkers, and the agricultural community
- Knowledge of field or labor management relations
- Knowledge of collective bargaining process
- Knowledge of court procedure and rules of evidence
- Ability to apply investigative techniques
- Ability to negotiate constructively and persuasively
