**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Finance Manager** to lead our accounting processes for 30 QuickBooks companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work effectively with client tax professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking production and revenue accounting for client/owner entities, including banking, payables, receivables, property taxes, fixed assets, crop reporting, and growing crop inventory.
In addition, the Finance Manager will assist in the preparation of year-end reporting for tax and results reporting. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, or a related field, is required. Crop accounting experience is preferred.
