What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Credit Manager position at Agriland FS?
AGRILAND FS is looking for a high energy, results driven business professional to lead agronomy credit collections and approve consumer and business credit terms. This leader will also influence and train sales professionals in credit collections and financial risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Leads accounts receivable collection process by coaching, training and executing procedures and policies that achieve business goals
- Recommend credit terms of consumer and business applications
- One-on-one discussion with customers relating to accounts receivable collection
- Develops and motivates others to use credit and finance programs to secure business growth and improve accounts receivables.
- Assists with financial administration and credit operations
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, finance, or equivalent experience
- Experience in approving credit for consumer and business customers
- Knowledge and experience analyzing cash flow and balance sheets
- Strong work ethic with the experience balancing work and life issues
- Yime management skills balancing marketing and administration
- Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to make tough decisions
