Agriland FS is seeking a highly productive and organized Business Project Manager to provide leadership in process improvement projects throughout our cooperative business. The successful candidate will work in our corporate office to build and manage processes that improve business and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain improvements to increase business efficiencies
- Improve data analysis processes
- Work with management and accounting staff to recommend the adoption of processes, procedures, training curriculum, and technologies to improve operations
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience working with IT to support business improvement projects are also required.
