Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual with mechanical aptitude to work in a fast-paced agriculture environment. The successful candidate will operate various equipment, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outside in good weather, learning about new equipment, and developing their skills. As a member of our team, you will receive paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team, and be recognized and rewarded for your contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a variety of agriculture equipment safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations as required
Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
Some mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
Valid driver's license and ability to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check
