Agricultural Operations Position
We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual with mechanical aptitude to join our team at Agriland FS. As a Custom Applicator & Operations member, you will operate a variety of agriculture equipment, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
This role offers the opportunity for in-house paid CDL and equipment training, allowing you to work independently and with a team. You will be responsible for completing various tasks throughout the week and season, including operating sprayers and spreaders with luxury cabs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate agriculture equipment, including sprayers and spreaders, while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
- Complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
- SOME mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment operation and maintenance.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
