What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Billing Supervisor position at Agriland FS?
AGRILAND FS is looking for a strong leader with experience influencing, mentoring, and training individuals to lead the energy billing team at our financially stable and growing cooperative business. As a member of the AGRILAND FS team, this leader will supervise, train, and assist others to ensure customers consistently receive accurate and timely energy billing for their petroleum and propane services.
Core responsibilities :
- Provide leadership to wireless invoicing software team, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Serve as primary contact for energy billing questions with dedicated knowledge of all energy programs and pricing
- Review and refine billing procedures and processes for continuous improvement
- Assist with establishing and monitoring energy pricing and other metrics
- Communicate various program and pricing information updates to administrative assistants and locations
- Position is based in Winterset, but may travel to other locations using a fleet vehicle
