What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marijuana Fulfillment & Distribution Pro position at Agro Couture & Slab Mechanix?
Our distribution and fulfillment pro will work in close contact with our in house sales team & retail partners, printing, sub lotting and filling orders. Once orders are filled, a detailed and strategic delivery plan must be made to ensure on time delivery. Logistics experience, route planning and the ability to work well within time constraints is required! Strong brand and product knowledge is a MUST to perform this essential task, but don't worry employee samples are free and plentiful!!!
On occasion the person in this role may be required step up to deliver orders or to represent the company during Vendor days, Budtender Education or other special sales events at retail partner stores.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess prior sales experience and have experience with Fulfillment in a warehouse setting. All candidates must have
- Computer Skills
- Knowledge of printers and labeling machines
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Strong work ethic and a great attitude
- 21 with a Highschool diploma or equivelant
- 3 years of Logistics and Delivery experience
While the duties listed here are the primary function of this role candidates can also expect to learn and participate in all aspects of production and packaging. Assistance will always be needed to meet demand for our growing business!
