The candidate we are looking for would have to have knowledge of the agriculture market. Our ideal Sales Representative has experience in sales, great communication skills, a strong drive, and willing to cold call. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition (farmers, farming communities, diesel shops, AG dealerships), attending farm shows and events, reporting, and providing technical support within the designated area. We offer the candidate access to existing and potential customer databases, providing training (both technical and sales), coaching, 24/7 software engineer support, and experienced managers' support.
We are currently looking for candidates for Indiana.
Job description:
- Customer acquisition (cold calling on farms, AG repair shops, diesel shops, etc.)
- Performing software installations on-site
- Actively seeking new business opportunities and ways to reach new customers
- Maintaining good relationships with our current partners and clients
- Business travel on a daily basis
- Attending farm shows and events
- Reporting
Requirements:
- Agriculture, construction, or transportation industry experience preferred
- Sales experience
- Strong drive on target fulfilling
- Ready to travel on a daily basis
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills (comfortable with computers)
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
