What’s involved in this role:
We are looking for a Belt Operator in Lake Norden, South Dakota.
Monitor both DMM and salting belts during operation.
Enter all variables on belts for each recipe during production
2-2-3 schedule
$1.50/hour shift differential between the hours of 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
6am-6pm, 6pm-6am rotating monthly
Double time on Sundays and Holiday pay
What you need to join our team:
Willingness to learn and work as a team
Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Good Mechanical aptitude required.
Experience in a food service/food plant or sanitation background preferred.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.

Our Lake Norden, SD, plant is home to approximately 450 employees and boasts a brand new, state of the art cheese and whey facility. We produce mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, romano, asiago, and Monterey Jack cheeses as well as various whey streams.
