What’s involved in this role: 

We are looking for a Human Resource Program Manager in Eden Prairie, MN.

• Lead major HR initiatives across the operations function, working closely with COE partners in Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with COEs to integrate best practices and specialized business knowledge to HR programs.
• Provide targeted data and analytics according to HR Analytics framework and methodology.
• Implement regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data within assigned business.
• Develop and manage project milestones, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives critical to operational success.
• Capture and coordinate actions from HRBPs, streamlining communications and operating mechanisms and ensuring consistent HR service delivery across global HC Operations.

What you need to join our team:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital/Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent required.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in program management, HRBP, or strategic planning roles.
• Experienced in matrix and manufacturing environments required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
