How Agropur invests in YOU : Competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package focusing on your physical, financial, and emotional health to include the following perks as well as the standard benefit offerings : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance 401(k) with 7% company contributions 3 weeks Paid Time OffPaid holidays and 2 floating holidaysPaid parental leaveAdvancement OpportunitiesWhat’s involved in this role : We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist in Eden Prairie, MN.Conduct forecasting while collaborating with Customer Experience, Sales, and product assignment groups.Manage routine analysis of open and shipped orders by plant, customer, and item to understand demand status and turn rates.Procure final demand plans by plant, customer, and item then collaborating closely with inventory and supply planners to balance all business needs.Provide scenario-based demand plans to supply planning as required such as segmenting customer priority levels and current customer back log.Conduct strategic analysis of Agropur’s elite customers around long-term forecasting, demand planning accuracy, and order turn rates.Create, track, and manage KPIs such as demand planning accuracy and open orders back log.Uphold system data integrity such as customer priority levels, forecast hierarchy levels, 3PL shipment processing, and open order shipping dates.What you need to join our team : Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or related field required.Minimum five (5) years of experience in a related field required.Minimum two (2) years of experience operating within an automated systems managing Forecasting or Demand Planning required.Equivalent combination of education and / or experience may be considered.Where you’ll be working : Agropur’s US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
