What’sinvolved in this role : We are looking for anEvaporator OperatorinLake Norden, SD Perform daily operations and cleaning of equipment associated with the whey evaporator. Monitor raw whey flow into balance tank, through pasteurizer and to evaporator for condensing and then ultimately to a crystallizer tank for drying into dried Sweet Dairy Whey powder production. Regulate factors such as whey solids and temperature andmake adjustmentsdepending on the type of whey to be produced. 2-2-3 schedule Starting at$24.81 / hour 12 hourshifts,rotating between nights and days monthly 5 : 30am-5 : 30pm, 5 : 30pm-5 : 30am $1.50 / hourshift differential between the hours of 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am Holiday payandDouble payon Sundays What you need to join our team : Communicate fluently in Engl both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues. Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information. Ability to walk, stand,bendandlift upto 50 lbs. Equivalentcombination of education and / or experience may be considered.
