What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate - MUST Have Forklift Experience position at AGRU AMERICA?

Job Summary :

The Warehouse Associate 1 completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Utilizes forklifts to move pallets.

Responsibilities :

Loading & Unloading product out of trucks
Utilizing a scanner
Maintain Forklift certification
Follow all safety procedures
Follow directions and complete orders on time
Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities :

Prior experience working in a warehouse

Knowledge of operating a forklift

Ability to work independently and safely

Education and Experience :

High School diploma / GED, required

Physical Requirements :

Ability to work on feet for 8 hours

Must be able to frequently lift / carry / push / pull up to 75 pounds.

This position requires, but is not limited to, standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, driving automatic forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing and grasping.

Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment; including outside
