Role Description: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at my client will play a crucial role in optimizing their Water/Wastewater/Wet Utilities operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will drive operational efficiency and ensure projects are executed with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and project delivery timelines.
- Project Management: Overseeing complex projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership experience in Water/Wastewater/Wet Utilities, with 20 years in operations management.
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, project management, and construction methodologies.
- Track record of driving organizational change and achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building strong business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
