Position Summary:
The Creative Services Project Manager will support multiple facets of the Design & Creative Services team with a strong focus on information coordination between account management and graphics production, as well as participating in design and print solutions management for trade shows, exhibits and commercial graphics projects. This role will include elements of internal and external client management as well as print project tracking and support. The ideal candidate is seeking a career in the trade show and events industry and/or has a focus on the design process from concept to production, with emphasis on coordinating designers, internal and external proofing, design and copy work, client management, timelines and overseeing handoff to print production, and final delivery to client..
Primary Support Areas:
- Participate in coordination activities related to trade shows, events and displays; processing reassignment requests in work order systems, communicating with account managers to acquire assets and proof responses.
- Assists in the tracking of all work orders and work requests within the department
- Work within AGS software to review, manage open/existing tickets, updating status and details through various stages.
- Write and communicate creative concepts provided by clients, parsing client content and requests for designers and production operations
- Compare client and AM copy/design requests against output designs and delivered assets.
- Participate in copy layout and produce 2D designs as needed
- Update and correct designs and content as necessary via creative design software
- Assist in the proof management process via Adobe Workfront Proof, working with Clients and Account Managers to obtain assets, feedback and approvals as necessary.
- Help maintain the primary creative production schedule/calendar and assist with deadline management
- Complete proof sheets/books and review all completed/printed graphic material prior to shipping/delivery alongside account managers and print production manager.
- Participate in the creation of datasheets for tracking project work, including printed and designed materials.
- Performs all other duties assigned

Requirements

- Must be able to type all correspondence and have at least “intermediate” knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Knowledge of how to navigate the Internet as well as PC/MAC operating systems.
- Intermediate knowledge in programs such as Adobe CC, a plus
Positive, Non-required Skills
- Experience in industrial or environment design for trade shows and displays, a plus
- Understanding of wide-format printing, media and various substrates, a plus
Work Hours & Flexibility:
This is a fulltime position, 32 hours or more.
Availabilty for 1 day Hybrid/Remote is available.
The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability to work evenings and weekends may be required based on project needs. Policy driven, remote work optional, one day a week or less depending on project requirements.

Education and/or Experience:
Seeking a college degree and/or related work experience. Combination of advanced education and experience will be accepted in lieu of college degree.
