Job Title: Assembler / Tester B
Job Opening: 10 Direct Hire Positions (5 Experienced, 5 Entry-Level)
Shift: 1st Shift, 6 AM to 2:30 PM
What We're Looking For:

Who is NOT a good fit:
- People with experience in large-scale assembly or machining.

- Those who live more than 30 minutes away or rely on others for transportation.
Job Requirements:
- Must be mechanically inclined (e.g., working with tools, building small products).
- Experience with precision tools and measuring devices (soldering is a plus).
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Comfortable reading blueprints and instructions (like Ikea instructions).
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a hands-on, technical environment.
Additional Details:
- $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, and another $500 after 6 months (Total $1,000 bonus).
- Must have a high school diploma or GED (provide copy before interview).
- Must pass a Mandex test.
