Design Manager
AGS has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Design Manager with 4 years’ experience for projects specifically in Airport Facilities, Transit Systems, and Infrastructure. The Design Manager should have experience in construction and engineering design of a major public-sector project (preferably with the Airport Commission).
Position is required to work on project site.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to Project Manager
- Able to establish a platform for good communication and collaboration between relevant parties and provide flow of design information.
- Able to identify design coordination issues and mitigate before they arise
- Prepare detailed reports, charts, and diagrams in MS Office Suite
- Coordinate with the Project Controls Team on Monthly reporting
- Provide inspection and field observation reports per contract documents on construction status
- Coordinate with client stakeholders
- Presentation preparation
- Attend weekly construction status meetings
- Coordinate and lead tours for tenants, stakeholders and other client selected parties
- Assist Commissioning and Activation teams with implementation of Building Activation, including coordination with stakeholders and tenants
