About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at AGSE. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products, including preparing technical design packages and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement test procedures, supervise testing, and prepare test reports to ensure product quality.
- Support design reviews by ensuring compliance with design requirements and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Sales and Production to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Industrial)
- Proficiency in CAD programs (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred)
- Familiarity with steel fabrication is desired
- Strong analytical skills, including stress analysis, deflection analysis, and dynamics/kinematics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
