Surgical Technician/Technologist
Location: Upland, CA 91786
Schedule: 3PM - 11:30 PM, 5 days a week
Pay Range: $35-37/hr.
On-Call Pay: $16/ hr.
Provide assistance during procedures by preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment. They work with the surgical team to ensure a smooth surgical process and provide support as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for upcoming surgeries
- Sterilize equipment and stock up any necessary supplies
- Prepare patients for their procedures
- Sterilize equipment and hand surgeons instruments
- Order and take inventory of supplies and maintain files and records of procedures
Qualifications
- Experience: Must have two years. experience in . Looking for strong Ortho, Robotics and Neuro and Vascular. Will take hospital or surgical center experience. May take occasional on call. Manager will discuss during interview, because it is not mandatory for position.
- Knowledge and Skills: Aseptic technique in the surgical setting. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties as assigned.
- License/Certifications: National Board Certification License (if certified), or Surgical Tech Diploma, BLS card under American Hearts Association.
