We are seeking a Loan Processing Coordinator to join our Farm Credit family. This position delivers outstanding service, exceeding customer expectations through processing pre-loan closing activities, creating and disbursing proceeds, completing file documentation, and ensuring procedures are followed to deliver loans with accurate and compliant legal documentation.
This includes providing loan processing, operational backup support, and administrative assistance in the branch location.
Support the sales/lending staff by preparing and verifying loan documents, commitment letters, loan disclosures, closing papers, loan treatments, and other required time-sensitive information prior to loan closings.
Evaluate and prepare loan applications for approval, including reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and appraisals.
Ensure existing and potential customers receive prompt, courteous service and provides general information as to policies and procedures.
Location/Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties to support the operations of the branch location.
Ensure that internal controls are maintained in accordance with loan operations and accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 0-3 years related work experience.
- Good knowledge of general office routine and use of office equipment, including phones, computers, copiers, and scanners.
- Effective, basic, and efficient computer/technical skills and use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed for learning and development activities.
