The Human Resources Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who embody our company values. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment, finding talent, and displays excellent communication and technology skills and a strong background in talent acquisition.
This individual will lead and provide professional HR service to leaders and employees at all levels of the organization by performing the following duties:
You will be responsible for:
Leading Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy across departments and locations
- Partner with leaders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and succession priorities
- Build and manage sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent, including active and passive candidates
- Conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, draft employment offers, and post-offer pre-employment screening
- Serve as a strategic thinker who understands how talent acquisition contributes to the company’s success and operational goals
Leading Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Create and maintain structured hiring processes, job descriptions, metrics, and tools to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership
- Champion a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice
- Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and on-campus recruiting efforts
Ensure Compliance
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment tools, technology, and best practices

You have:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in HR Related Field; or equivalent years of on-the-job experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment process and best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Valid Driver License.
Location: This position can be based out of one of our many locations in Northwest Iowa. Offices can include: Cherokee, Albert City, Hartley, Holstein, Alton, and more!
