We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for identifying new/prospective InSiteCDM growers, enrolling customers in the program, and maintaining and servicing these acres to provide grower value. Additionally, this person will work to collect, process, and interpret InSiteCDM data by working directly with customers to promote and service the InSiteCDM and agronomy research programs, work with customers to demonstrate site-specific techniques that will increase crop production, business management, and environmental stewardship.

You Will:

Identifying, prospecting, enrolling, maintaining, and servicing growers for the InSiteCDM program by:
- Working with Agronomy Team to identify current customers that would potentially fit the requirements of the program, conducting individual and group meetings to promote the program and enrolling growers.
- Performing “cold calls” and complete impromptu on farm meetings with noncurrent customers to find additional growers who would be interested in the InSiteCDM program.
- Working directly in the decision-making process with the InSiteCDM customers as it pertains to the InSiteCDM data analysis program. Maintain confidentiality of all data, recommendations, and information.
- Creating and analyzing data related to fertility, crop yield, soil types, crop varieties, drainage, and other precision data.
- Collecting and assisting others in collecting agronomic data from crop producers pertaining to the InSiteCDM and Company research programs. Download electronic data recorded with agricultural equipment monitors and other systems.
- Assisting and presenting at the InSiteCDM Customer Forum and other meetings as assigned.

Generate sales revenue by:
- Growing the InSiteCDM Acre Enrollment and maintaining growers enrolled in the program.
- Presenting the value of the program and the data the program yields to growers.
- Handling objections and complaints in a timely manner.

Deliver outstanding customer service by:
- Making sound and ethical agronomic recommendations to maximize profitability for customers.
- Work with internal and external customers and suppliers to resolve product and/or service complaints in a fair and equitable fashion.
- Consulting with growers working in the field on their product quality/standards and applications needed in their operation.
- Other duties as assigned.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Ag-related field and 1-2 years of related experience
- Must have a valid IA motor license.
- High degree of accountability and desire to yield strong results.
