Job Summary:
The Feed Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating feed department personnel and operations to optimize market share and savings, improve efficiency, and promote safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily schedule to expedite custom mixing and grinding
- Maintain equipment on a regular schedule to avoid breakdowns and anticipate major overhauls
- Deliver feed to customers in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and good driving record preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks
