Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Agricultural Equipment Operator / Applicator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Sprayer Equipment Operation: Operate sprayer equipment to accurately apply fertilizers and chemicals to customer crops based on detailed recommendations.
- Fertilizer and Chemical Application: Precisely blend and custom apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, following all label directions and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Load and unload outbound and inbound inventory, maintaining accurate records.
- Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition. Perform light maintenance on vehicles and equipment as necessary.
- Daily Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks and daily work schedules in an efficient and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records for facility safety, equipment maintenance, applications, and inventory levels.
- Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers by always displaying a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
- Safety & Organization: Assist in keeping both indoor and outdoor work areas neat, safe, and orderly at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Location Manager to monitor inventory levels, address operational issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating farm and/or heavy equipment.
- CDL and Applicator’s licenses, or willingness to obtain both.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide great customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
