What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Application Operator position at Agtalent, LLC?
- Operate and maintain various types of farm equipment such as tractors, plows, seeders, sprayers, and harvesters.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules and farm requirements.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Transport harvested crops and materials using trucks, trailers, or other farm vehicles.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment storage areas and maintenance facilities.
- Follow instructions and work collaboratively with other farm workers to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with general farm duties such as irrigation, fencing, livestock care, and facility maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, environmental guidelines, and farm policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,500.00 per year
