Position Summary

The Refined Fuels Logistics & Training Coordinator directs, coordinates, analyzes/evaluates the effectiveness of activities of Refined Fuel transportation and bulk operations and makes revisions as necessary to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel. Additionally, this coordinator develops and implements training programs and materials for fuel drivers, ensuring they are well-versed in all processes, safety protocols, systems, and operational procedures to maintain efficiency, compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Agtegra owned and third-party trucks in Agtegra trade territory.
• Work with bookkeeping to audit freight bills to ensure correct rates have been charged and approve freight bills for processing as needed.
• Supervise a fleet of 10-20 drivers and participate in recruiting/Interviewing/Hiring of new drivers.
• Train fuel drivers on all processes, programs, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and create comprehensive training materials and programs for fuel drivers, ensuring clear guidelines on processes, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet performance standards through coaching, feedback, goal setting, communicating and maintaining fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
• Provide leadership in managing team performance, including setting measurable goals, tracking metrics, and holding employees accountable.
• Maintain a working knowledge of location management truck and transportation needs through creating close professional relationships with location management; develops and implements plans to meet those needs.
• Determine the needs of Agtegra and our customers for delivery of refined fuel products for transport to locations by developing professional internal and external working relationships.
• Analyze and adapt/re-route Agtegra truck routes as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency is reached, including optimum use of resources.
• Develop forecast and logistics plan to meet the needs of the organization during peak periods.
• Enforce compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
• Direct investigations into causes of customer or shipper complaints, accidents, work injuries, and respond accordingly.
• Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the vehicle policy and fleet safety program and DOT regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) and 1-5 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state on a frequent basis to perform driver checks and training in the field.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English Proficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proven proficiency in using a wide range of technology tools, software, and platforms to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Evening/weekend/holiday work required depending on the season.
