Cloud Solutions Architect/Developer
Agtek Development Company, a part of Hexagon, is looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect/Developer for hands-on development of Cloud applications.
Based in Livermore, California, Agtek is widely and favorably recognized as the leading supplier of earthwork takeoff and 3D modeling solutions for heavy construction contractors. Founded in 1981, AGTEK pioneered computer optimization software for agricultural land leveling, construction earthwork and GPS grading.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong conceptual, communication and coding skills, capable of leadership within areas of special responsibility in a team environment. In addition, the position requires:
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS.
- Develop and maintain web applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure security and compliance in cloud deployments.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AWS cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
- Expertise in React for front-end development.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture.
- BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in cloud/web development.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and other development environments.
- Experience with Luciad Ria.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- C , Windows Desktop Development a plus
