Job Overview
As a key member of the Agua Caliente Casinos team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our guests, team members, cash, and physical assets. Your role will involve maintaining a constant surveillance throughout the casino, monitoring traffic, and controlling access to restricted areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the integrity of gambling, banking, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintaining a constant surveillance throughout the casino and reporting suspicious activities.
- Delivering fills/credits from the cage to gaming stations and escorting chip and cash transfers within the casino.
- Collecting and transporting table game drop boxes to storage areas and assisting in monitoring traffic as required.
- Maintaining and controlling access to restricted areas and checking ID for possible underage customers.
- Providing security for the Cash Cage and Count Room and ensuring the safety of guests and employees.
- Performing first aid, CPR, and using an AED as required and working with local police, fire, or emergency medical teams as necessary.
