Summary
This role operates as the key and hybrid role of Customer service - Operations for Water Delivery along with administrative support to the CEO. The CS/OA will be extremely organized and has the ability to complete daily operations, Handling delivery routing and support of a growing subscription based water delivery business with little guidance. S/he will efficiently and proactively solve problems and follow everyday protocols.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with Home & Office Delivery operations while having constant communication with Driver and all other staff
- Offers assistance and handle customer requests by phone or email in a complete and timely manner, providing courteous, efficient and professional service
- Manages Customer recurring billing and recurring delivery schedule, following a predetermined route schedule and set driving route every day.
- WooCommerce Recurring Payments System- Maintaining the recurring payment system, ensuring that subscriptions are updated as needed
- Allocate new accounts to delivery route, following a pre-established delivery route and schedule
- Develop relationships with and provide services and products to new and existing customers that insures customer retention and customer loyalty
- Maintains logs and schedules for water delivery service, manages bottle inventory and keeps bottle pick up tracking
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Schedule drivers and backup drivers, helps with hiring paperwork and Hiring procedures.
- Assist CEO with administrative tasks.
- Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business
- Understand Aguavida’s goals and priorities and act as a thought partner to the team
- Key Holder Responsibilities- You will be a key holder and responsible for opening the warehouse when needed.
We are looking for:
- 1-2 years of customer experience or Resent graduate student
- Highly organized, analytical, flexible with shifting priorities and able to always exercise strong judgment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of personalities
- The ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions
- Advanced knowledge of G Suite, Excel, word, WordPress/WooCommerce, routing software is a plus but not required
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
- Someone with the curiosity to gain more knowledge
- Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and willing to learn new things
- Since this is a part-time, on-site position, we’re looking for candidates who are located in or near the Valley to ensure a manageable commute.
