Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3 years of experience in Staffing and/or IT Services industry (including knowledge around IT Staffing, Managed Services, & SOW).
3 years of experience in supporting IT Staffing and Managed Services opportunities (Technology Savvy).
3 years of Sales experience (Bringing existing customers to the company)
3 years of business development experience (hunting experience bringing new customers and building portfolio)
3 years of account management experience.
3 years of good experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service.
Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities.
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the IT or engineering space.
Present business solutions at the executive level.
Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure.
3 years of experience in attending local customer and networking events.
3 years of experience with using CRM tools and MS Office.
Act as the voice of the customer and contribute to business product roadmap developments, marketing initiatives, and commercial strategies to ensure we continue to meet our clients needs
Able to travel for customer meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in staffing sales or business development (preferably IT or engineering).
Strong track record of bringing new labels / signing new MSA's
