Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information if applicable, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide clerical support by organizing office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office maintenance as needed.
- Utilize computer systems to input data, generate reports, and manage electronic filing systems efficiently.

Experience
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential for interacting with clients professionally.
- Proficiency in computer literacy is required; familiarity with office software applications is a plus.
