Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the School of Business, including full-time and adjunct faculty, degree programs, and curriculum development.
- Develop and assess course offerings and degree programs to ensure academic excellence.
- Manage the school’s budget and participate in faculty recruitment and development.
- Promote research and scholarship within the school.
- Maintain the Business Advisory Committee and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Lead the school’s efforts in accreditation processes, including familiarity with American institutional accreditation and specialized systems such as AACSB.
- Ensure the School of Business website is up-to-date and accurately reflects program offerings and achievements.
Minimum Qualifications :
PhD in Business Administration or relevant field (Recent PhD graduates are encouraged to apply).
