GENERAL PURPOSE :
The primary focus of this position is to support enrollment, retention, fundraising, and executive communications through the creation and deployment of video and still assets. The Director will identify and respond to opportunities to develop video and photography content to be used in earned and unearned media, including organic social media, the University website, University streaming channels, internal University properties, and paid media.

When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $75,000 to $78,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
