Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agriculture Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and estimating, with proficiency in relevant software tools. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using project management software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project estimates, budgets, and reports to stakeholders.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of plans.
- Utilize Prolog and HeavyBid for project documentation and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to promote effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or real field expierence.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog and HeavyBid.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and methodologies.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,222.00 - $81,920.00 per year
