Retail Team Member
Come join the Agway of Cape Cod Dennis-Chatham-Orleans Team. As a team member you’ll do a little bit of everything... especially learning! You’ll get to know multiple departments, help wherever you’re needed most. YOU are our go-to team member when things get busy!
Job Purpose: Provide quality customer service and retail sales assistance by performing the following essential duties:
- Cashiering - work register to complete customer sales with a smile.
- Great opportunity to learn more about plants and share your knowledge with customers.
- Enjoy the satisfaction of watching plants thrive under your care.
- Embrace the outdoors while helping customers bring beauty to their homes.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist Store Manager & Assistant Manager in merchandising products
- Support overall team effort
- Ability to work varied hour/dates as business dictates
