We are in search of a Loan Servicing Specialist I or Loan Servicing Specialist II to join our Specialized Lending department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Manager, Central Servicing and performs monitoring and servicing activities, and a variety of portfolio management duties, to support the administration and extension of sound, constructive credit and related services.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.
Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is:
Level I: $39,000 - $56,400; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level II: $43,100 - $64,600; bonus at target is 6% of salary.

Job Requirements
- Perform loan servicing activities such as escrow account monitoring, mortgage modifications and loan amendments.
- Monitor flood and hazard insurance and taxes and initiates force placed insurance coverage as necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on past due accounts and taxes to ensure appropriate loan classification.
- Process loan reconveyances and mortgage satisfactions.
- Identify and process loan servicing actions.
- Provide support to customers, AgWest employees and third-party vendors for multiple specialized lending programs.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively learn and utilize a wide variety of systems/software
- Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills
- Ability to learn, understand and complete credit and financial documents
- At least two years' relevant work experience in lending, banking, or related field
- General knowledge of applicable credit laws, regulations, investigation and verification practices
- Knowledge of credit and legal terminology, organization loan and interest rate programs, and financial services related procedures and forms
- Knowledge of organization loan closing procedures
