What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Router-Base position at AGY Holding Corp?
FUNCTION:
Receives, segregates, weighs stocks, records day and time stock received, and performs proper scanning procedure(s). Supplies materials (including, but not limited to, stock, tubes, etc.) to any fabrication area.
DUTIES:
1. Receives and weighs trucks of stock (including, but not limited to, performing proper scanning procedure(s)
2. Records day and time stock received.
3. Maintains surge area stock in a first in first out order (including, but not limited to, fresh stock endfinding, "frame surge, wingwaste/twistbreak surge, multitex oven (exit) surge, etc.). Performs proper scanning procedure(s) in each area.
4. Supplies trucks of stock and other materials to any fabrication area.
5. Completes production reports, tallies, etc. Inputs data into computer terminal.
6. Performs tube segregation and determines wing origination for missing tags.
7. Loads ovens per product type.
8. Participates in the safety and good housekeeping programs as established within the plant.
9. Performs other related duties consistent with the nature of the job as directed by management
