Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MSP Sales Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing MSP contracts over the past two years. This role is perfect for an experienced, highly motivated sales professional who can independently identify, engage, and close deals with new prospects.
After a successful 6-month period, the candidate will be offered a permanent position with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach new business prospects.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand potential clients' IT needs and position our MSP services as the ideal solution.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, milestones, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully closing MSP contracts or similar IT service agreements.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using sales tools and CRM platforms.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to conduct both inside and outside sales activities.
