Ahava Healthcare is seeking an e xperienced Regional RN MDS Coordinator  to add to our team of leaders.

In this position you will be responsible for the regional coordination, development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and States regulations as well as Company policy and procedure.

As the Regional MDS Coordinator you will be responsible for :

The coordination of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure compliance with accuracy attestation and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements.

Ensure that the assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental and psychosocial status of each resident.

Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided.

Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy.

Communicate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

This position requires the ability to work well with residents, families and staff.
