General Manager/Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General/Marketing Manager to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce and marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving performance. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency of business processes.
• Manage systems implemented to ensure all areas of the business are functioning smoothly.
• Collect sales and service numbers/data to help service providers and salon reach goals.
• Assist owner in scheduling one-on-one meetings with service providers to review goals.
• Lead content marketing efforts, send out e-mail blasts and text promotions.
• Curate Salon & Spa Magazine that highlights special services, promotions and news happening within the business.
• Oversee business social media, scheduling and creating content to keep accounts on trend.
• Take before and after pictures of guests to share on social media.
• Keep website updated with accurate services and pricing information.
• Manage guest relations.
• Help with front desk support.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within marketing sectors.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools and their application in business strategy.
• Experience in product management and performance marketing is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
