Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and chefs.
- Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to health and safety standards.
- Help with bussing tables to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
