Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. This role requires being able to run the pizza oven , which is coal fired.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and managing dough.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper sanitation of cooking equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking supplies.
- Adhere to fine dining standards while presenting dishes attractively for customers.
Skills
