The Home Health and Hospice State Sales Manager will oversee and drive marketing initiatives for our home health and hospice services encompassing statewide agencies. In this position you will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that promote our company and services to key stakeholders including patients, families, healthcare providers, and referral sources.

Strategic Marketing Leadership :
- Develop and implement comprehensive state marketing strategies to drive growth and awareness of home health and hospice services.
- Work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand service reach within the state, ensuring competitive positioning.
- Lead the creation and execution of targeted campaigns to increase referrals from physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
