As a Part-Time Janitor, you’ll provide top notch Janitorial services to the housing community by:
- Ensuring that the offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
- Demonstrating the ability to move items as necessary, adhere to safety rules and regulations, and perform some maintenance duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High School Diploma or higher education.
- Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer and technical skills
- Ability to travel as necessary for training
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population
