JOB DUTIES :
- Conducts daily safety meetings.
- Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
- Reviews production schedules daily, assigns hourly workers as required.
- Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Maintains electronic time and production records for department.
- Be a role model for safety and promote a zero-injury safety culture.
- Identify safety issues and take immediate action.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
